Thanks, Stefan. Same here, when I was little some of my favourite vehicles were police and fire engines. I had the Esso truck and a car transporter 🙂

Awesome collation of cool and classic Corgo cars there my friend! Still have my original Corgi Batmobile and Batboat but not (sob!) the Bat-copter any more. I believe I may still have The Professionals Ford Capri with Bodie and Doyle squirreled away somewhere too, mmmm, must check. Thanks for sharing good sir! 🙂

Thanks Bruce. The Batcopter was ace. I didn’t have it, or the Batboat, but some of my friends did. I had the Batmobile though – a fine toy with all its gadgets.
Oh yes, you’ll have to dig out The Professionals set – again, one of my friends had it, it was really cool with the figurines; just like the Starsky and Hutch (had it) and Kojak (didn’t have it) sets!

Thanks, Paul. I aways think of you whenever I post a Batboat 🙂 I remember friends having it – was really cool. I had the Batmobile, and along with the James Bond Aston Martin DB5, these were probably my two fave die-cast cars. (plus the Dinky Space 1999 Eagle – man, that was a cool-looking toy!)

Cheers! Yeah, I love the Batman toys and cars, the Batboat was always a favourite of mine. Cool you had the Bon Aston Martin as well. I had a Space 1999 Eagle as well, think I’ve still got it somewhere. What a fantastic looking space ship that was!

So lucky you still have it, and in one piece too. Can fetch a pretty penny now in complete condition. Wish I still had mine – absolutely loved that toy.
If you ever do a Space 1999 related post be sure to post a couple of pics of that Eagle!! Would love to see it 😎

Yeah, so lucky I’ve still got that Eagle space ship. I’ve not written about Space 1999 before but it certainly would be a great show for me to review at some point. Been watching a few episodes recently actually as its been repeated on the Horror Channel her in UK atm. Been fun to revisit some of those classic episodes again! 🙂
